Supportive Services
Holistic support for healing and growth
All staff at Emma Norton Services work together across programs to ensure every program participant has access to the full array of services we provide. Case Managers work directly with clients to develop individualized plans for their goals and what services they want to utilize to achieve those goals. After a plan is made, case managers can connect clients to internal and external services, and coordinate with service providers to ensure access, eligibility, and follow-through. The goal is for each resident to achieve healing and wholeness through stability, self-acceptance, and empowerment.
A full support team
In addition to Case Managers, a variety of other Emma Norton staff support clients and residents directly. Housing Navigators help clients find and apply for apartments, and establish and maintain positive tenant-landlord relationships. Peer Support Specialists counsel clients while leading by example as a peer with mental health challenges. Emma’s Place staff provide trauma-informed youth programming and parenting support. Working together, all of these people create a holistic model of service and care.

Supportive Services Stories
I let them know that I’ve been there and am someone they can talk to, trust, and cry or laugh with when needed. I love the sense of community at Emma Norton and helping women draw on their own strengths to further their individual recovery.
